These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the gglbet4 platform, including all gaming, betting, account, and payment services.

3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on gglbet4:
4.1 Single Account. Each individual person may hold only one Account on gglbet4. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account closure and forfeiture of Funds.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. gglbet4 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when the Company reasonably suspects fraudulent or irregular activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay or withholding of withdrawal processing.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify gglbet4 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
4.5 Account Transfer. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow a third party to use your Account.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon receipt and verification by gglbet4's payment systems. The Company does not accept cash deposits. All funds must be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. gglbet4 aims to process withdrawal requests to Touch n Go eWallet within one to two hours of approval during standard operating conditions. Withdrawal times for other payment methods may vary. The Company reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met. The Company reserves the right to void and remove Bonus Funds from an Account if Terms relating to those Bonus Funds are found to have been violated.
5.6 Responsibility for Taxes. The Player is solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to winnings or withdrawals in their jurisdiction of residence. gglbet4 makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of gaming winnings in any jurisdiction.
6.1 gglbet4 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published with the offer at the time of its availability.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus offers carry Wagering Requirements which must be satisfied before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. gglbet4 reserves the right to void, withhold, or recover bonus funds and associated winnings if the Company determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has abused a promotion, engaged in bonus abuse schemes, or otherwise exploited promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be the subject of commercial exploitation, including through bonus arbitrage strategies or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract value from promotions.
7.1 Each betting and gaming product on the gglbet4 platform is governed by product-specific rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the product-specific rules prevail with respect to game outcomes and bet settlement.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by gglbet4. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the integrity of a market has been compromised.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect pricing resulting from a manifest error, gglbet4 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from such events.
7.4 Finality of Results. Once a game or bet has been settled and the result reflected in your Account, that settlement is final subject only to correction of manifest errors as described above.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gglbet4 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of Funds:
9.1 All content on the gglbet4 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game content, is the property of gglbet4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No right, title, or interest in any platform content is transferred to you under these Terms.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the gglbet4 platform without prior written authorisation from the Company.
10.1 No Warranty. The gglbet4 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or freedom from errors.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gglbet4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Liability. To the extent that gglbet4 is found liable for any direct loss suffered by a Player, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 gglbet4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting gglbet4 support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Account balance (subject to bonus terms) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 Forfeiture of Funds. In cases of confirmed fraud, multiple Account usage, or material breach of these Terms, gglbet4 reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in the Account.
12.1 Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the gglbet4 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
